FRESH STRAWBERRY PIE|
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
small box strawberry jello
1 qt. whole strawberries
2 baked pie shells
Combine sugar, cornstarch and water; cook, stirring
constantly until thick and clear. Add jello; cool to room
temperature. Place berries in pie shells. Pour jello mix over
berries. Chill thoroughly. Serve with whipped cream.
