SWEET POTATO BREAD 1 large can sweet potatoes or 3 to 4 small sweet potatoes, boiled and mashed 3 eggs 1/2 c. evaporated milk 3/4 c. flour 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. mace 1/2 stick butter Cream butter and sugar; add well beaten eggs, milk and vanilla. Drain potatoes and mash well. Add to butter mixture. Mix flour, spices and baking powder; add to potato mixture and mix well. Pour into greased baking pan, 13 x 9 x 2 inches and bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees or until done. Cut in squares.
