2 c. sugar
3 beaten eggs
1 c. salad oil
2 c. shredded or grated
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. raisins (optional)
Grease 2 loaf pans. Mix together all ingredients. Bake
at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Test with toothpick.
