BLENDER COCONUT CUSTARD PIE 2 c. milk 3/4 c. sugar 1/2 c. biscuit mix 4 eggs 1/4 c. margarine 2 tsp. vanilla 1 c. flaked coconut Combine all ingredients except the coconut in a blender. Cover and blend on low for 3 minutes. Pour into a greased 9-inch pie pan. Let stand for 5 minutes, then sprinkle with coconut. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve warm or cool.
