RING-A-LINGS OR GRANDMA'S SWEET ROLLS 2 c. hot water 1/4 c. margarine 2 tsp. salt 3 eggs 1 tsp. lemon juice 2 Tbsp. dry yeast 6 c. white sifted flour Add together and beat hot water, margarine, salt, eggs and lemon juice. Let rest until mixture becomes warm. Beat in yeast. Gradually add flour; beat (with bread mixer). Dough will be very soft. Let rise. Roll out dough on floured board, using 1/4 portions at a time. Spread with margarine and mixture of powdered sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg. Fold dough in half; cut into 3/4-inch strips. Twist strips as you roll it around. Let rise, then bake at 350 degrees oven approximately 10 minutes. Then frost with powdered sugar glaze or powdered sugar frosting and flavored with lemon juice.
