REFRIGERATOR ROLLS 1 tsp. baking powder 2 eggs 3/4 c. oleo 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. dry yeast 1 c. lukewarm water 4 c. unbleached flour Put yeast in water. Sift all dry ingredients together (flour, baking powder, salt and sugar). Melt oleo. Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl with yeast and water. Add melted oleo. Beat in eggs until well blended and mixed. Place in refrigerator overnight to be thoroughly chilled. Divide dough to roll out. Cut into triangles. Place in buttered pan; butter top and bottom. Let rise. Bake at 350 degrees. Amount depends on size of rolls.
