TWO-GRAIN REFRIGERATOR ROLLS

1 1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. wheat germ
1/2 c. powdered milk
1 c. whole wheat flour
3 1/2 c. unbleached flour
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1/3 c. melted butter

Dissolve yeast in water; stir in sugar. Then stir in
oatmeal, wheat germ, whole wheat flour and salt. Beat in eggs,
one at a time. Stir in butter. Add remaining flour; blend
well. Refrigerate overnight. Divide into 5 portions. Roll
out in 1/4-inch thick circles. Cut into 8 pie shaped pieces;
roll each piece up, starting from wide end. Place on greased
baking sheets. Let rise until doubled, about 3 hours. Bake at
400 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Makes 40.
