PUMPKIN PIE SQUARES|
13 oz. evaporated milk
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. butter or margarine
Combine milk, eggs, spice, salt, sugar and pumpkin.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top.
Slice butter over top of cake mix. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake
at 350 degrees for about 50 minutes. Serve with whipped cream or ice
cream. Serves 10 to 12 people.
