SHREDDED WHEAT BREAD 4 large shredded wheat biscuits 2 Tbsp. shortening 2 Tbsp. salt 1 c. light molasses 2 c. boiling water 2 c. warm milk 1 yeast cake (1 pkg. dry yeast), soaked in 1/4 c. warm water 8 1/2 c. flour (about) Proceed like any other bread recipe. Mix together. Let rise; punch down. Let rise again. Shape into 3 or 4 loaves. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
