CINNAMON-CARROT BREAD 3/4 c. white sugar 1/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. oil 2 eggs, beaten 2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 1 c. grated carrots In one bowl mix flour, salt, baking powder or cinnamon. In second bowl mix sugars, oil and eggs until fluffy. Next add flour mixture, then fold in grated carrots. Pour into a greased 9 x 5-inch pan; bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
