HEALTHFUL BANANA BREAD 3 eggs 3 soft bananas 1/3 c. chopped walnuts 1/2 c. yogurt or sour milk (1 Tbsp. vinegar plus 1/2 c. milk) 1 c. wheat germ 1/2 c. sunflower seeds 1/2 c. cooking oil 2 Tbsp. cinnamon 1/2 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. molasses 1 tsp. soda 1 tsp. baking powder 1 c. whole wheat flour 1 c. white flour Beat bananas and eggs. Add oil, sugar, molasses and remaining ingredients. Add small amount of water as necessary if batter is too stiff. Bake 45 minutes to 1 1/4 hours until firm and brown.
