MOM'S PIE CRUST
4 c. flour
2 c. shortening
1 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
pinch of salt
1 egg and water
Mix ingredients together (flour, shortening, baking
powder, vinegar, sugar and salt). Mix together and add 1 egg
in measuring cup and enough water to make 3/4 cup. Beat well
