3 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. shortening
6 Tbsp. water
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Sift flour and salt; mix shortening. Mix egg, water and
vinegar in a pan or bowl; mix with flour mixture. Makes two
