BANANA APPLE PIE|
5 medium apples
3 large bananas, firm
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 c. flour
3 pats butter
Prepare a crust for a 9-inch pie. Slice apples and
bananas together. Mix flour, nutmeg, cinnamon and sugar
together in bowl. Sprinkle bottom of crust in pan with mix-
ture. Add layer of sliced bananas and apples; sprinkle with
mixture alternately until the pan is filled. Place three pats
of butter on top of mixture; add the top crust. Bake at 375 degrees
for 50 minutes or until crust is golden.
