IMPOSSIBLE PUMPKIN PIE|
1/2 to 3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk baking mix
(or 1/2 c. Master Mix)
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
2 large or medium eggs (or 3
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla or maple
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9-inch or 10-inch pie pan.
Combine all ingredients in blender for 1 minute on high. Pour
into greased pie tin. Bake 50 to 55 minutes.
