MILE HIGH STRAWBERRY PIE|
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
1 c. cream, whipped
1 crumb crust
Mix in large bowl egg whites and lemon juice, sugar and
unthawed berries. Beat on high for 20 minutes. Fold in the
whipped cream; pour into crust. Chill until firm.
