1 1/2 c. cold water
1/3 c. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. sugar
dash of salt
1/4 c. margarine
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/3 c. sugar, beaten into 3
egg whites

Cook water, cornstarch, sugar and salt until thick and
clear. Add margarine. Beat egg yolks; add a small amount of
cornstarch mixture to eggs. Stir in rest of egg yolks and
lemon juice; cook again until bubbly. Cool; pour into crust.
Top with beaten egg white-sugar mixture; brown in 375 degrees oven for
5 to 7 minutes.
