STRAWBERRY FRESH PIE 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla pudding and pie filling 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello 2 c. water 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 1/2 c. Cool Whip 1 c. sliced strawberries 9-inch baked pie shell or graham cracker crust Combine pudding mix, gelatin, water and lemon juice in a saucepan. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Put in bowl and chill until thickened. Fold in Cool Whip; stir in strawberries. Pour in pie shell and chill until set, 1 to 2 hours. Garnish with additional whipped topping.
