TUPPERWARE BREAD RECIPE 9 c. flour 12 oz. milk 12 oz. water 2/3 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 4 eggs 2 pkg. (fast rising) yeast 2 sticks oleo The Tupperware Fix-N-Mix bowl is to be used for this recipe. Pour 9 cups flour in the bowl and make a well in center. Scald 1 1/2 cups milk; cool with 1 1/2 cups water; add sugar, salt, beaten eggs and dry yeast. Pour liquid in well. Do not stir. Seal bowl and whisper out air. Wait until seal pops off. Melt oleo, pour into bowl and stir until dough consistency; add flour until dough does not stick to fingers, seal and whisper out air. Let set until seal pops. Shape into whatever you are making, put in pan and let rise about 30 minutes. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. To make cinnamon rolls, divide dough in half, roll to thickness of quarter. Spread with 1 stick oleo melted. Sprinkle with 1 cup sugar and shake on cinnamon. Roll and slice in 1/2-inch slices. Put in pan and let rise. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Drizzle with icing. Icing: 4 Tbsp. milk 2 Tbsp. Crisco 1/2 tsp. vanilla powdered sugar Mix all ingredients together.
