CHERRY CHEESE PIE 1 (9-inch) pie shell 1/2 pt. whipping cream 1 (21 oz.) can cherry pie filling 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1/2 c. powdered sugar 1/2 tsp. vanilla Whip sugar and vanilla into softened cream cheese. Gradually add cream, blending and beating until very stiff peaks are formed. Pour 3/4 of this mixture into cool cooked pie shell and chill. Spread well chilled pie filling over the top and garnish with the remaining whipped cream mixture. You can use a graham cracker crust if you like.
