1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. soft margarine
1 c. all-purpose flour
Mix cream cheese and margarine together until creamy.
Mix flour together with cream cheese and margarine. Set in
refrigerator and chill.
3/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
2/3 c. chopped pecans
Mix all ingredients together. Take first mixture, make
into pie shells in 1 1/2-inch muffin pan. Make sure crust
edges stand up over muffin pan. Spoon filling into crust about
2/3 full. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Makes approxi-
mately 24 muffins.
