MISSISSIPPI MUD PIE Crust: 1 c. flour 1 c. pecans 1 stick melted margarine Combine and press into 8 x 11-inch dish and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Filling: 1 c. Cool Whip 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft) 1 c. sugar 2 small pkg. chocolate instant pudding 3 c. milk Beat Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar together; pour into crust. Mix chocolate instant pudding with milk. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts, wheat germ or grated chocolate bar.
