BRIDE'S PIE CRUST|
2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
1/3 c. ice water or milk
Sift flour and salt together; cut in shortening until
mixture is "mealy". Add water or milk. Add slowly, a few
drops at a time. Form into 2 balls. Roll out to fit the pan.
Makes 2 single or 1 double crust.
