MEXICAN CORNBREAD 1 lb. ground beef 2 pkg. corn bread mix 2 eggs 2/3 c. milk 1 (No. 303) can cream-style corn 1 c. chopped onions 2 c. Cheddar cheese 1/2 c. chopped jalapeno Mix cornbread mix, eggs, milk and corn. Pour 1/2 cornbread mix in 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Pour in browned ground beef, cheese, onions and jalapeno. Pour in other half of cornbread mix. Bake at 350 degrees until top is brown.
