JAPANESE FRUIT PIE|
1 c. sugar
1 stick oleo, melted
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. raisins
1 tsp. vinegar
cherries for garnish
Mix sugar and oleo; add eggs, then remaining ingredi-
ents. Garnish with cherries (halves). Pour into pie shell and
bake 35 to 45 minutes in preheated 300 degrees oven.
