BISHOPS BREAD

3 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. dates
1 c. halved maraschino
cherries
6 oz. chocolate chips
2 c. nuts

Cream together eggs and sugar. Sift together flour,
baking powder and salt. Add dry ingredients to eggs and sugar,
then fold in remaining ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour
and 25 minutes in angel food pan or 2 loaf pans for 40 to 60
minutes.
