BRAN MUFFINS 1 pkg. Raisin Bran (large) 1 c. shortening (1/2 margarine) 3 c. sugar 4 eggs 1 qt. buttermilk 5 c. flour 5 tsp. soda 2 tsp. salt Mix bran and all dry ingredients. Add beaten eggs, buttermilk, eggs and melted shortening. Mix and store in refrigerator; cover. Use as desired. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Keeps 6 weeks in refrigerator.
