EUNICE'S YEAST DOUGH 1/4 c. yeast 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. melted butter 1 qt. warm (not hot) tap water 6 eggs 1/2 tsp. salt Mix yeast and water. Let stand until yeast is dis- solved. Add flour to make a slurpy dough. Add eggs and salt. Mix well. Add flour until you can handle and make a nice ball. For cinnamon rolls you may add or double sugar and even add eggs to make it richer. This dough is nice for hot-cross buns.
