DILLY BREAD 2 eggs, unbeaten 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. soda 2 pkg. active dry yeast 1/2 c. warm water 2 c. creamed cottage cheese 4 Tbsp. sugar 2 Tbsp. instant minced onion 2 Tbsp. butter 4 tsp. dill seed 4 1/2 to 5 c. all-purpose flour Soften yeast in water; combine in mixing bowl: cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter and dill seed, salt, soda, eggs and yeast. Add flour to form a stiff dough, beating well after each addition. Cover, let rise in 85 degrees to 90 degrees environment until light and double in size (50 to 60 minutes). Stir down, turn into two 8-inch bread pans that are well greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
