CANNED CHERRY PIE 1/2 c. sugar 2 1/2 Tbsp. flour 1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/3 c. fruit juice 2 1/3 c. drained, pitted cherries 2 small cans Wilderness prepared cherry pie filling Mix in saucepan: sugar, flour, cinnamon and fruit juice. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens and boils. Add cherries to hot thickened juice. Add 2 cans of prepared cherry pie mix. Pour into two regular sized pie pans, with prepared crusts. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Seal and flute. Cut slits in top crust. Cover edges of pie crust with tinfoil to prevent excessive browning. Spread a bit of milk over crust and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until nicely browned at 375 degrees.
