1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
2 c. pumpkin
15 oz. can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. ginger
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
In large bowl, blend together all ingredients. Turn
mixture into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees until knife inserted near
center comes out clean (50 to 55 minutes). Cool in refrigera-
tor at least 1 hour.
