PECAN PIE 3 eggs, slightly beaten 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. light corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. pecan meats 9-inch pie shell (unbaked) Combine eggs, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla and salt. Sprinkle pecan meats in unbaked shell. Add filling (nuts will come to the top). Bake in hot 400 degrees to 450 degrees oven for 10 min- utes, then moderate 325 degrees oven for 30 minutes or until mixture does not adhere to knife. Serves 6.
