OATMEAL PIE 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted 3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal 1 c. milk 3/4 c. light corn syrup 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 c. coconut 1 unbaked pie shell 3/4 to 1 c. chopped nuts Thoroughly mix all ingredients except pie shell and nuts. Pour into pie shell; sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees, bake for 25 minutes longer. Do not overbake. Yields 6 to 8 servings.
