3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. hot water
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. butter
1 egg, beaten
