Filling: 1 c. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 2 c. cream (sweet or sour) 4 eggs, beaten Make a sweet roll dough and spread thin in large pie pan. Sprinkle 1/2 topping mixture. Spread on some fruit or cottage cheese. Cream filling mixture and spread on top. Sprinkle with 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 25 minutes. Add remaining topping and bake 5 to 10 minutes or until lightly brown.
