PUMPKIN DESSERT 24 graham crackers, crushed 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. butter 2 eggs 3/4 c. sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 envelope unflavored gelatin 1/4 c. cold water 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin 1/2 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 3 eggs, separated 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. ground ginger 1/2 tsp. ground cloves Step 1: Mix graham crackers with 1/2 cup sugar and butter. Form crusts on bottom and sides of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Step 2: Beat 2 eggs. Add 3/4 cup sugar and cream cheese. Pour into crust. Bake 15 minutes at 375 degrees. Cool. Step 3: Soak together gelatin and water. Step 4: Combine pumpkin, 3 egg yolks, sugar, milk, salt and spices. Add gelatin. Cool until thick. Spread mixture over cream cheese in pan. Refrigerate.
