Peel, core and quarter as many apples as you want
dumplings. Make pastry dough, roll as for pie. Wrap pastry
around 4 quarters of apples. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes, then
at 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done. Can be served with milk,
to which has been added sweetener and nutmeg or cinnamon.
