WESSON OIL LIGHT BREAD 6 c. plain flour 1 1/2 c. warm water 2 pkg. dry yeast 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3/4 c. Wesson oil Place plain flour in a large mixing bowl. In another bowl put warm water. Add yeast to this. To the flour add sugar and salt. Making a well in the center of the flour mixture, add yeast and water. Then add Wesson oil. Mix with hands. Knead dough. Cover and let rise to top of bowl. Punch down, divide and place in 2 greased loaf pans. Let rise again. Bake at 325 degrees until golden brown. Do not use any oil but Wesson.
