1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 Tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. butter
Beat egg yolks. Mix cocoa, sugar, salt and flour
together. Add milk to eggs, then dry ingredients. Mix well.
Cook over medium heat until thick, stirring constantly. Remove
from heat. Add butter and flavoring. Pour into a baked 9-inch

gradually. Cover pie with egg white mix and brown lightly.
