3 medium bananas (very ripe)
1 stick margarine (1/2 c.)
2 c. self-rising flour
1 c. sugar
Sift flour and add to sugar in large mixing bowl. Place
eggs and sliced bananas in blender and blend until smooth. Add
sliced margarine and blend again until smooth. Pour this
mixture over dry ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased
loaf pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
