BUTTERMILK CHESS PIE|
12 egg yellows
5 c. white sugar
10 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oleo, melted
2 c. buttermilk
Beat yolks fluffy. Slowly add flour, sugar and salt
mixtures. Then blend in buttermilk. Pour in pie shell. Bake
55 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 3 pies.
