baked pie shell
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. hot water
1 large family size pkg.
Slice berries in pie shell that has already been baked.
Boil sugar, cornstarch and water until clear then stir in
strawberry jello. Remove from heat and let stand until room
temperature. Then pour over strawberries in pie shell and
place in refrigerator until set firm. Use whip cream or Cool
Whip when ready to serve. Two quarts berries are required.
