BUTTERSCOTCH PIE

3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1/3 c. flour
dash of salt
1/3 stick margarine
2 c. milk (I use 1 c.
evaporated milk and 1 c.
water)
3 egg yellows
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix ingredients, except vanilla, in a saucepan. Cook on
medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a boil.
Remove from stove and add vanilla. Beat egg whites for me-
ringue. Makes 1 (9-inch) pie.
