PIZZA DOUGH

4 c. flour (set 1 c. aside for
kneading)
1 pkg. dry yeast, dissolve in
some water
1 1/3 c. warm water (not hot)
2 Tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in bowl. Be sure to dissolve
yeast in some of the water first (about 1/4 cup). This is not
extra water but water from the recipe. Just pour some over the
yeast in a small bowl after you measure the water. Mix until
well blended. Pour out onto flour that you set aside for
kneading. Be sure to grease hands and bowl for rising. Knead
for ten minutes. Set timer. Use this method until you know by
feel and sight what properly kneaded dough is like. Place in
greased bowl. Allow 3 hours to rise. Punch down. Grease
pizza pans. Work onto pizza pans. Top with favorite sauce and
cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
