ROLLS 2 pkg. dry yeast 1/4 c. shortening 1 egg 1 c. sugar 1 Tbsp. salt 4 c. lukewarm water 10 to 11 c. flour Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water. Melt shortening, sugar and salt in rest of water. Add 3 cups flour, beat well, then add eggs and yeast. Add rest of flour. Knead well. Put in greased bowl. Cover; let rise about double. Make into sand- wich buns or roll into cinnamon rolls. Buns: 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Cinnamon rolls: 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
