PECAN PIE (MICROWAVE)
1 c. dark corn syrup
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 c. chopped pecans
9-inch pastry crust (baked)
Set power select at Medium. Combine syrup, sugar, eggs,
butter and vanilla; stir in pecans. Pour into pie crust. Heat
7 to 9 minutes or until set. Cool and garnish with whipped
