SAWDUST PIE 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 1/2 c. flaked coconut (6 oz.) 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs 7 egg whites, unbeaten unsweetened whipped cream (garnish) banana, thinly sliced (garnish) pastry shell Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine sugar, coconut, pecans, graham cracker crumbs and egg whites in large bowl. Mix well. Do not beat. Turn into pastry shell. Bake until filling is just set, about 35 minutes; do not overbake. Serve warm or at room temperature. Top each serving with a generous dollop of whipped cream and banana slices.
