Add milk and vanilla. Sift and add flour, soda, salt and baking powder. Pat 3/4 of this mixture into pan (10 x 14 x 1-inch). Cover with 2 cans of your favorite fruit filling. Roll remaining dough for lattice top. Brush with beaten egg whites. Bake at 350 degrees to 375 degrees or until golden brown.
