ZUCCHINI PIE 4 c. pared, sliced zucchini 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 3/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. flour 1/4 c. lemon juice 2 beaten eggs Toss together the dry ingredients. Add juice. Mix well. Put into unbaked pie shell. Pour eggs on top. Cover with pie shell. Bake 1 hour at 400 degrees.
