PUMPKIN BREAD 3 1/2 c. flour 2 tsp. soda 1 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. nutmeg 3 c. sugar 1 c. oil 4 eggs 2/3 c. water 1 (1 lb.) can pumpkin 1 c. raisins Sift all dry ingredients including sugar together into bowl. Make a well in center of mixture. Add remaining ingre- dients and mix until smooth. Pour batter into 3 bread pans (9 x 5-inches), greased. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cool a few minutes in pans and then remove and cool on wire rack. Wrap in foil and refriger- ate or freeze.
